WOMAN AT WAR
Halle is a secret eco guerrilla activist who fights against the energy companies that have conquered Iceland. She sneaks out of the city and sabotages electricity lines – pillars she hates from the bottom of her soul because they destroy the beauty of Iceland’s hills. With a circular saw she cuts the bearers of the pillars, and with the bow and arrow she fires out the cables by which she creates a short circuit on the lines. However, everything changes when Halle finds a letter from the authorities at home one day that finally allows her adoption of an orphan from Ukraine she has been waiting for for years. Will her maternal instinct stop her struggle?
