HAPPY HOLIDAYS
Family drama exploring the interconnected lives of Palestinian and Jewish Israeli families in Haifa, set against a backdrop of patriarchal control and broader societal pressures. A car accident involving Fifi, a Palestinian student, triggers a series of interwoven stories detailing the struggles of her family and her brother Rami’s unexpected pregnancy with his Jewish girlfriend, Shirley. The film follows four chapters from female perspectives to subtly comment on societal issues and the impact of politics on individual lives.
