SEPTEMBER DAWN
When seventeen-year-old Sale Mamba invites his crush, Anči, to a remote island with a magical lake, he plans to impress her and spend an unforgettable night with her. However, his naive plan and fear of facing the truth quickly turn their idyllic trip into a fight for survival. Confusion, betrayal, and twists lead them through unexpected dangers, as their relationship is tested on the brink between life and death.
Ivan Đurović is an awarded filmmaker from Serbia who graduated from Columbia University School of the Arts in 2022. He has directed four short films that premiered and were showcased at major film festivals in Europe and the USA. He is in the final post-production stage of a feature documentary about the EXIT Music Festival, featuring renowned artists such as David Guetta, Paul Kalkbrenner, Amelie Lens, Sabaton, and Solomun.
