THE SUMMER OF SANGAILE

SYNOPSIS

A sensual and poetic story about the turbulent emotions of two teenage girls. Seventeen-year-old Sangail is obsessed with aviation acrobatics. She was afraid of heights and never dared to enter the cockpit. At a summer airplane rally near her home, she meets Austa, a local waitress who, unlike her, lives a life full of creativity and courage. Their first encounter triggers a spark that, during the summer they spend together, grows into an enthusiasm that completely occupies them. Sangail uncovers her most intimate secrets, and in that romance she finds the only person who truly supports her and understands her love for flying.
