SYNOPSIS

In Luis Buñuel’s Diary of a Chambermaid, we are immersed in the life of Célestine, a young and independent chambermaid played by the talented Jeanne Moreau. Célestine takes a position at the rural Monteil estate, a household teeming with eccentricities and dark secrets. As she navigates the peculiarities of her employers and encounters the unsettling characters in the household, Célestine becomes entangled in a web of desire, intrigue, and sinister motives.
